A craft beer festival will take place in Greenville on Saturday, November 16th. It will be organized by Rhizome Productions with the collaboration among others of Liberty Tap Room in Fluor Field and will host about forty breweries.

The culinary team at Fluor Field will be in charge of the food for the festival and will set up a slider station and a grilled cheese station, also offering sides and non-alcoholic beverages for the designated drivers.

There will also be live music, with two bands, Dirty Grass Soul and The Paris Thieves, playing live.

Ticket options are pretty varied.

The general admission tickets are $45 and include a commemorative glass, unlimited tastings and complementary drinking water.

The Growler Station ticket is $55 and includes on top of that a commemorative growler, which can be filed with the brew of your choice after the event.

The Rise Guys VIP Experience, will include the same things as the general admission ticket, plus a right to access the 500 Club, meet and greet the Rise Guys, taste exclusive beers and enjoy free appetizers.

The $20 designated driver's ticket is pretty self explanatory. You can also get a VIP designated driver ticket for $45, which will entitle you to the same things as the rest of the VIPs, except of course the beer.

A curious point worth noting is the shape of the commemorative glasses. The glasses given with the tickets i this case will be the Belgian style tulip shaped glasses, instead of the more usual pint shaped glasses. Better suited for tasting and smelling, the choice of the tulip glass is in keeping with the idea behind the festival of making it an educational experience rather than simply just binge drinking.
