A craft beer festival is taking place this Saturday in Dallas to kick-start North Texas Beer Week.

Over 25 breweries will be present, most of them Texas based, although there will also be distinguished representatives from other States, such as New Belgium and Oskar Blues from Colorado, Sierra Nevada from California, Dogfish Head from Delaware, Samuel Adams from Massachusetts, and Ommegang or Brooklyn Brewery from New York.

The festival will also include local artisanal food vendors with their food trucks, as well as crafts and other businesses from the area, and of course music all day long.

Tickets are $35 in advance, although VIP tickets are also available for $60. However, VIP tickets will not be available at the door and the general admission price there will be $50.

General admission tickets include a commemorative Brewvolution taster cup, and 12 2oz. samples. Access to the festival with these tickets will begin at 2pm.

VIP tickets add to the above the chance to attend a meet-and-greet party with the festival organizers, first access to exclusive firkins and one-off beers, in and out access to the festival and the right to enter one hour before the rest, at 1pm.

It is also worth noting that part of the proceeds will be destined to the North Texas Food Bank.
