Perusing around Facebook I saw that there will be a craft beer fair in Madrid, Spain, on the weekend of the 22, 23 and 24th of November called Cerveza en el Mercado.

It will take place in the Mercado de la Cebada, which in English means the Barley Market, a produce market in the popular and central La Latina area, and while house around 30 breweries from Madrid and surrounding cities, as well as two international stands.

I can tell you already that entrance will be free, but you will have to purchase a glass to drink out of and fake money to pay for your beer. Half a glass will be one euro, a full glass will cost two.

You will also be able to purchase food at the usual market stands in order to keep yourself in an upright position a little longer.

I have yet no word on the specific breweries which will be in attendance, so stand by for updates.

UPDATE: Cerveza en el Mercado has been postponed. No new date exists as of yet for it.
